Zimbabwe’s mineral endowment rewards operators who can move from resource to recovered product — gold, chrome, PGMs, lithium, coal, copper, iron ore, and other base metals. Many advisers stop at exploration reporting or at project management. Others sell software or a single slice of the chain. Foreign clients are then left to assemble contractors they do not yet know.
Elandridge is Zimbabwean-based. We combine mining engineering with extractive metallurgy, and we deliver plants — design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning — rather than handing over a study and stepping aside.
We do not replace your legal counsel or your corporate finance advisers. We are the technical partner: what the asset is, what it can produce, how it should be mined and processed, and how to stand up the plant.

Evaluate the asset
Technical review of the resource, mine plan, and processing route so you know what you are buying or partnering into — not only what the vendor’s pack claims.

Test it as one study
Integrated due diligence and feasibility covering mining and metallurgy together, including competent-person and valuation work financiers typically require.

Build the recovery path
Process design and, where required, plant delivery — matched to the mineral: concentration, leaching, smelting routes, CIP and related circuits, heap leach, and associated infrastructure.

Stay through production
Commissioning, optimisation, grade control, and operational support so the investment is not stranded between a study and a working plant.

Licensing, title, and investment approvals sit with Zimbabwe’s statutory authorities and with your legal team. We advise on the engineering and the metallurgy of the project in front of us.
